Delivery Time
When we process your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for
you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping date estimates will be emailed to you along with your order acknowledgment.
Calculating Cost
Shipping and handling costs for orders from blackpeopleone.com depend
upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping
rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the
shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.To
calculate the cost of shipping, place your item(s) in the Shopping Cart. From
the Cart, you can see what the estimated shipping cost will be. It shows the
total estimated cost of shipping and handling of your entire order at the bottom
of the page.
Our
Returns Policy You may return most items sold by blackpeopleone.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any item that
is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product
missing the serial number or UPC.
- Any product that is listed in Multimedia, Tickets, and Posters categories (unless the product was shipped damaged).
We will do our best
to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds will be credited
to the original purchasing credit card account number.
Follow these directions to return by mail:

- Include all
original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid
any additional fees.
- Include the
packing list with your product and indicate on it the reason for the return.
We recommend you return items via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of
delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and
packing materials.
- You are responsible
for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the
product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include
the postal receipt in your return package.
