To post a comment tag you will need a host site .  If you create tag you need a place to upload them to get the htt/address... (photo bucket or your own web site)

One you have the addy/address your code will be
img src=addy
make sure you place < > before the word image and after your address.

I find it easy to create a note pade, with the code already there so that all you have to do is copy and paste.
