I can't speak for everyone, but in my community is drugs, crack houses, children under the age of 17 packing guns in fear of being jacked or robbed for things the struggle to get. The civic club has come in and got rid of a lot of drugs, but there are still some around. Just do your part when its needed.

Check,thuggism is a mental disease I think has affected  a vast % of black males in a real negative way.
