MARRIED 39YRS TO MY HUSBAND,
MOTHER OF THREE, ONE DAUGHTER AND TWO SONS,
GRANDMOTHER OF SEVEN AND GREAT-GRANDMOTHER OF ONE.

I AM A CHILD OF GOD.
I COLLECT ANGELS, STARTED COLLECTING WHEN MY DAD PASSED AWAY IN 1997.

I ENJOY BEING AROUND MY FAMILY, WE HAVE GREAT FUN WHEN WE GET TOGETHER. I COME FROM A FAMILY OF EIGHT OF WHICH I AM THE ELDEST, I HAVE FOUR SISTERS AND TWO SURVIVING BROTHERS, MY YOUNGEST BROTHER PASSED AWAY IN JAN. OF "98", ELEVEN MONTHS AFTER MY DAD, MY MOM PASSED AWAY JUST LAST YEAR IN JUNE. I MISS THEM ALL VERY MUCH...

Tribute To My Father

Thinking back on time
My Fathers words ring 
With haunting accuracy
And with guilty memory
I regret the then felt doubt.

How easy to ignore
All the weighted pronouncements
How arrogant to dismiss
The warnings given in love
The tried and true statements.

It seems a thousand years
Since last hearing his voice
A million million seconds since feeling
The love, reserved for me
An eternity born of loss.





How often I have wanted to say,
Your words were true,
Your pronouncements prophetic
Your love was strong and real
And guided me through each traumatic day.

Now that his spirit alone survives,
I feel a loss of body
But a gain of soul
He walks with me, everyday
And I have never had him closer.
