Obama, Davis A Kentucky congressman has apologized to Sen. Barack Obama after a double-barreled verbal assault that the presidential hopeful’s spokesman called “outrageous,” “absurd” and offensive. Speaking to a crowd about national security issues, at a GOP dinner in the Blue Grass State on Saturday, Republican Rep.
